Wire Mesh Decks

Wire mesh decking is the most common pallet rack accessory. It sits on your beams to create a solid storage surface that lets light and sprinkler water pass through — both critical for warehouse safety and fire code compliance.

TC Industrial Supply carries wire mesh decks in standard and custom sizes to fit any beam configuration. Available in standard waterfall style and flared channel. Galvanized finish available for food, cold storage, or high-humidity environments.

Safety Bars

Safety bars (also called pallet support bars or row spacers) lay across your beams to provide extra support for non-standard pallets, half pallets, and irregularly sized loads. They prevent loads from sagging between beams and keep items from falling through to lower levels.

Available in multiple lengths to span common beam widths. Drop-in installation — no hardware required.

24″ Damo Pallet Guards

Damo pallet guards are floor-mounted steel angle iron stops that prevent pallets from being pushed too far back into the rack. Available in standard 24″ lengths (custom lengths also available).

Built from heavy-gauge steel angle — 4″ high × 6″ deep × 3/8″ thick — anchored with Hilti screw-in anchors. Suitable for both single-row and back-to-back rack configurations. Available in standard powder-coat or galvanized finish for freezer and exterior applications.

Tapered End-of-Aisle Guards

End-of-aisle column guards protect rack uprights from forklift impact damage — the most common cause of rack failure in busy warehouses. Tapered guards are designed to deflect pallet jack and counterbalance forklift traffic away from the base of your uprights.

Bright safety yellow finish increases visibility in high-traffic aisles. Bolt-down installation for secure attachment to concrete floors.

Flue Stoppers

Flue stoppers (also called pallet stops or WorldStop products) maintain the required longitudinal flue space between back-to-back rows of racking. This gap must stay clear for ceiling sprinklers to work effectively — it’s a fire code requirement in most Ontario warehouse environments.

Flue stoppers mount to your rack uprights and act as a physical stop that prevents pallets from being pushed into the flue space. Meets IBC 2012 and NFPA 13 standards. All-welded steel with powder-coat finish. Mounting hardware included.
